Jason made the process of drawing up our wills, POA documents, and living wills as painless as possible. I needed a consult for a housing situation. Jason explained the legalities to me in details and in a way that I, an average person, could understand. I do not know legal jargon. He was able to explain everything in detail so that I fully understand and was able to answer all of the questions I had. He also followed up with me which was amazing! I was in a lot of stress dealing with my situation before consulting with Jason. I made my decision with him and it truly felt like I was at ease and was making the right decision.

Attorney Bailey facilitated a real estate purchase for my husband and myself. This included researching for clear title to the property, preparing a new deed, and coordinating with the seller and ourselves for the final transaction. Bret Smith is a phenomenal attorney. He obviously makes a point to always be available for his clients, charges a fair price, and works his tail off to make sure his customers are represented well.
Representation is definitely being made by me that the quality of the legal services to be performed by Bret Smith is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. :D

I couldn't say enough about Mr. Bailey. I need an attorney in Grand Junction and Mr. Bailey was recommend. If ever there was an attorney that could be trusted and continually informative it would be him.He helped us with a law suite in a property foreclosure. The knowledge and experience shown to us was beyond expectations. If ever I would need an attorney again it would certainly be him. Thank you.
