Stuart Albea and his secretary were both very unprofessional and rude. That’s the least of my concerns though, I feel like he misrepresented my daughter and did not look out for her best interest.

Stuart is honest, dedicated, and works tirelessly. If it's all on the line, this is your guy for your best possible outcome. I would trust him with my life again if I had to.

I was referred to Stuart from a friend of mine that had dealt with him, and working with Stuart couldn't have been easier. I needed some help with a business deal and Stuart was on the ball! He knew exactly what my next step needed to be and advised me on some issues that I hadn't even considered! Great all-around guy.

After years of feeling like I was asking for a favor to PAY an Attorney to render legal services I was referred to Mr. Albea. I had a property dispute that needed immediate attention. From our first meeting I noticed a difference from the other firms I had dealt with. He showed a genuine desire to understand my problem and offer some possible options we could pursue to obtain a resolution instead of ,quit frankly, trying to figure out what I might could afford to pay! Mr. Albea informed me of my options and what to expect from his office. The thing that I appreciated the most was being "in the loop." Let's face it, how many times have we paid someone for legal services only to be left out in the dark to wonder what's going on. Between emails and phone calls from his Paralegal, Amye, I never had to guess where we stood. Finally, a lawyer that does what I hired him to do!

I was involved in a car accident last summer, and a friend of mine suggested that I call Mr. Albea, so I did. He helped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I could have really been lost in the entire process of having to deal with insurance companies, but Mr. Albea handled it all for me. His office staff was also very friendly when I would call to ask Mr. Albea a question. Can't recommend Mr. Albea enough!

Mr. Albea has assisted and advised me in several legal matters over the past 10 years. He has represented me in real estate transactions, civil actions, LLC creations, and estate protection. I have always found Mr. Albea to be knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. I would highly recommend his services to any potential client not only in Tuscaloosa County, but surrounding areas as well.

Stuart was able to take care of some issues with my divorce that were previously mishandled by another attorney. I always felt that he sincerely had my best interest at heart and cared about me as a person, not just a client on his schedule. I have since consulted with him on other matters and have always had a great experience. His prices are very reasonable too, unlike my other attorney who had a charge for every tiny thing that he did (practically charging for stapling a document together). Stuart has been extremely helpful to me and my family and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.
