Rude over the phone when I called to ask about a legal issue.

Attorney Fleishman are by far the best in AL. He take quality time to listen & meet the needs of his clients with excellence service. He was consistent, patience and was able to explain the importance of the service he provided. His Assistant followed up with me and she too provided excellent service. Do not use this so called attorney. He will take your money and do nothing. And dismiss you when he don't like what you say. Don't waste your time on him.

I would NOT use this man !!!! I used him for a divorce case which he promised things he could do. And did not. I had a hold on property and when the house got sold he didn't do anything to keep my property and belongings which he should have done. He backed my daughter up to the wall in the court house cause he couldn't take what she said to him. I spent a thousand dollars to him and came out with nothing while the child molester that's in jail has it all. He is rude to. He even told the other lawyer in court good luck right in front of me in the molestion case which caused the divorce. He is over all a bad lawyer. Takes your money and no results.

This man was hired and paid in cash to represent my mom on a divorce case. He called her a w h o r e in the court room because she wouldnt agree to the terms of divorce because their is another pending case against the ex husband for child molestation and that case needed to be handled first. He backed me into the corner of the court house and was yelling at me and had to have workers from their court room pull him away. Their was a court order nothing could be sold but I took him evidence where the ex his parents sold my belongings to a pawn shop while hes still in jail. He did nothing. We are sitting in the court room for a different hearing on the ex and his child molestation cases and this fool of a joke lawyer takes time bends over and wishes the ex and his lawyer good luck while hes supposed to be representing us agaisnt this man. Hes as rude as they come and a waste of money. Save your self time and money and go else where.

Mr. Fleishman was very diligent in handling my case. He put my needs first and worked hard to get me the justice that I deserved. I highly recommend Mr. Fleishman for your attorney needs.
