Going through Chapter 13 bankruptcy is not fun, but Scott and his staff treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They are very knowledgeable and maintain very transparent, ongoing communication. Scott went above and beyond any expectations that I may have had. My late husband and I prayed for a Christian attorney, and we were referred to Mr. Spree years ago, and Mr. Spree is hands down the best most outstanding attorney that has ever helped our family. An sick black man had been hit by a drunk driver undergoing many surgeries and was misrepresented after telling this attorney informing him to change the power of attorney he didn't. I advise you to consider my statement. The man is now dealing with many health problems for the rest of his life and I feel he was not properly represented
