Mr. Wiggins presented a very informative free 2-hour workshop about Wills and Estate Planning. Later, he and his paralegal were very helpful and professional in preparing my will. They provided a form to fill out, which helped me decide how to designate certain items for beneficiaries. They helped uncomplicate legal terminology. Bottom line: Red Oak Legal gave me peace of mind about my will, and it was completed in a very timely manner.

Some time ago I attended Mr. Wiggins' group presentation at a retirement facility. I found him to be highly skilled in discussing complex issues in an manner that is easy to understand, and he followed with questions relating to the circumstances to assure everyone's complete understanding. Estate Planning - Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive - He did a great job we never felt pressured to do what we didn't need or want. All this was done in a timely manner. He was very detailed and we felt he cover everything that needed to be covered.
