Mr. Ingram was very professional and open about what to expect. My unjustified arrest was dismissed because Mr. Ingram went above and beyond to ensure the prosecutor knew the facts of the case. Every time I called Mr. Ingram he would answer or call back within an hour, even answering a call at 10 PM on a Sunday once.
