Joe Ingram did an exceptional job handling my case. He was prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, and down to earth. As soon as I called on a Friday night, he was on top of everything including traveling on a Sunday to meet me in another state. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future.

Extremely unprofessional. I set up an appointment with him and drove from 2 hours away to go meet up with him. Arriving at his office, the door was locked and I called him only have him tell me that he forgot I was coming and asked if could reschedule. No way can I recommend him to anyone.

Joe took initiative and resolved charges. He was direct and upfront through the legal process. The fee initially quoted was never changed. He was persistent and took care of our case in an expedient manner. He returned all phone calls and emails promptly, typically within an hour. I would highly recommend Joe!

Mr. Ingram helped me thru a workers comp case I had. He was always accessible, always returned my calls most of the time within minutes. Always answered my question, whether if it was or was not the answer I wanted to hear. Very knowledgeable, always explained things so you understood what was going on and what direction we were going.
