So be honest with you I didn’t even want to give this company a one star this has been the most unprofessional company I’ve seen in years. The attorney, Ms. McKenzie Parker, and the other lady Monique Doss we emailed them never received an email back. I had to call over and over for them to tell us that they cannot take the case, but they only told us that once we call we never received an email but then you had Monique Doss saying oh “I was going to call you all on today. This has been very unprofessional company I’ve seen in a while. They didn’t even have the respect to even call until I call them to say based upon the information , we can’t take your case if we wanted to reach out to a different Law Firm we could. They are pitiful

Well, it started out great and everybody was nice to me. I wasn’t happy with Jake. The first time I talk to him. He was very ugly with me. He more or less told me I wasn’t gonna get nothing. I might have a few thousand dollars when it was all set and done after they took out with they get and the other bills I wouldn’t have nothing left over but a few thousand I was very disappointed And I didn’t ask questions. I feel that if they were if it would’ve went to court if they would’ve put my kidney doctor on the stand and ask him hey would Maryanne Parker be in kidney failure according to her physicals months before the cat bite and you would have to say no I wouldn’t went into kidney failure, and it was due to the cat bite to put me into kidney failure, and he already said that so I was really disappointed, but mediation Jake was nicer , the mediation guy was very, very helpful. I’m blessed to get what I’ve gotten, but I should’ve got a lot more because it is ruined my life being in kidney failure. I’m weak and tired all the time. I have to be careful what I take. I have to be on pins and needles for the rest of my life due to this cat bite so I think , it was a win about as much as I’m getting back so I don’t call it a win but you did get me something.
