I've never seen where a client has to reach out to the attorney, over and over again to still not be properly informed than with this company. They don't brief you on case updates, or give clear answers unless you constantly reachout to them. And you still won't be in the know of things, also getting paid with them will be for at least two years, or more. I'm sorry but but the truth is, this isn't the best place to turn to when you need help in Alabama. The professionalism is very lackluster. You will feel more on the outside, than them being on your side.
