It’s a joke especially when I was a passenger and still should be in the right no matter what give 20$ just to get a claim lol what a joke but I’ve seen people in the same boat as me get help and money no matter what if I could give them 0 stars I would because they are a joke

Not a good representation never talked to the attorney and she never reached out to me or answered any calls or text.only talked to the case manager only when she would answer her phone which was rarely or text messages . Poor business when they supposed to been professional. I can say that the case manager was nice when I did get her on the phone. I rate this law firm with a 0 all around..

Great professionals, very helpful and easy to understand the process we are going thru during the steps needed to take to move forward on our case.

My experience has been not good or bad really. Well actually i would lean more towards bad if i had to choose bc noone is telling me anything about my claim or anything. Every time i call to speak to someone i dont get a return call. I have spoken to my "case manger" twice since i started this journey. And that was when i first open my case and then the second time was after i had left a review and she didnt seem to happy about it. She didnt answer any of my questions she just told me to keep going to my therapist and she would call me every 30 days. I have called and left multiple messages with no reply back. So yeah i would say so far it has NOT BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE using MORGAN&MORGAN. I kinda sad about that as well bc i had heard good things about this firm and i guess i just had high hopes. But now im just disappointed 😞😔!!
