Since the day I hired Morgan and Morgan March 5 2023 ..and it's July 2023 I haven't heard anything positive on my case from being rear-ended after I was recovering from neck surgery several weeks prior and and feel abandoned and stress has caused marital problems and not being able to financial pay bills and yet hold on to my job .wow 😲 and can't sign in portal and have called so ma y times and texted and got one brief call still no clear answer of pay out and have used my own health insurance and maxed out and barely continue to see my doc and still in tremendous pain up and down my spine along with having c34 and 5 surgeon 7 weeks prior to this wreck and still in pain and no complete answers I call daily I text daily I try to get in the pool I called the little number I get no call backs days or weeks it's like I signed papers and they vanish I've had four different caseworkers every time I call so when do I find out the end result while my bills are piling up Emily just falling apart and I'm becoming deeply depressed trying to take care of a mother with cancer at 85 force myself to go to work because I hurt so bad there's days I can't even stand on my feet what hurts the most if I can't even get a straight answer from Morgan & Morgan's company here in Birmingham Alabama I'm wondering did I make the right choice of hiring and can't back out because I'll owe I just want to know what I'm looking at here in the end so I know what I'm looking at to either suffer with pain for the rest of my life or go crazy in pain lose my husband Amber so I used to be I don't know what to do anymore I can't get a hold of Mr Morgan and Morgan because they said he's not in the office he doesn't run the office anymore he's on TV but I asked to meet him face to face and they gave me the route Hannah I've got two Hannah's and two other people and I get no answers somebody please freaking help give me some freaking answers a price and end time something

Excellent job overall. All the staff was amazing, professional and kept me well informed at every step. My team worked very hard to get me the max settlement for my injuries. Even the actual attorney was quick to pick up the phone and answer my questions. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.

Charles has consistently kept us apprised of the status of our case. Whenever we have questions or concerns, we can easily reach him. To date, he has been professional, thorough and expeditious.
