I do not know what to say. I have not heard from anyone in more than 2 months. I sent a copy of the letter I received from Wal Mart's lawyer to Rita Thompson and she was suppose to make sure the attorney representing me get it. That was in March.

Difficult to reach the person needed to talk to for information. Calls were not returned.

Painless process easy to talk to and quick responses !

They are soooo sorry and you have to actually call them for updates and yet they send you emails and texts to review them. Don't believe the commercials because they had me waiting almost six months and still haven't accomplished anything so my case was closed with them and now I'm seeking other Real Professional services.

One star because I haven't heard anything back about my case on my accident I need to get my car fixed I don't understand what's taking so long to get my check

I’ve had a really great experience with my attorney Hannah Kennedy and her team. They’ve been excellent at working on my case and explaining everything as we go. I was so worried at first on how all of it would get handled, but they comforted me and made me feel better about it all. If I ever have any questions they always call me back in a timely manner to answer or explain anything I need help with. My case manager Priscilla Smith has also been a tremendous help. I still have a long way to go with my case, but I know I don’t have to worry and I’m in good hands. Thank you so much for all that you’re doing. :) -Megan
