Eric was an excellent lawyer. All legal battles are difficult and he makes sure you don’t have to endure it alone. His council all seemed wise and I am happy with the verdict. He is easy to get along with and has his finger on the pulse at all times. I recommend him if you need help.

Eric Derleth is one of the most knowledgeable and respectable lawyers you’ll find, he’s patient, diligent, responsive, and very knowledgeable in the law. He fought for my freedom tooth and nail for three years, he not only fought the state who was desperate to put me in jail, but even had to talk me into not giving up when I was ready to give in, as I didn’t realize the state or the judge misunderstood the law in my situation. long story short Eric was able to resolve my case with both the state and myself satisfied with the outcome. Bottom line is Eric truly cares about his clients and has their best interest in mind at all times, regardless how long it takes to resolve your case.
