Call yesterday to ask for a consultation. Explained the situation (left my job because being discriminated based on my nationality) the receptionist didn’t even let me finish, told me it’s all on me, and if I left I cannot do anything. Well! I don’t know what kind of law firm you attended but if an employer discriminates an employee based on sex, race, nationality and an employee leaves it called CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE!!! Meaning I was forced to quit!!! MEANING I HAVE A CASE! I hope this comment would help other people think twice before calling this law firm!
