Bad customer service from the receptionist.

Recommend 100%. Caitlin was honest with me the whole way, realistic with expectations, and incredibly smart. She litigated an appeal with my employer for wrongful termination and we came to an amicable solution. It’s what I wanted. I was never going to go back to work for them. I felt heard and respected, and I didn’t just rollover and go away. We put them on notice that they “screwed up” and they knew it. I might have been the David VS.
