I approached Nyquist Law Group after a strong recommendation from another attorney. After speaking to them about my child custody case, I decided to retain their services and ended up working closely with Cynthia Dubell and Jessica Falke. Over the course of almost a year, with their thorough and thoughtful guidance, we were able to peacefully settle - on our terms - what started out as an extremely contentious case. We started out in a position of weakness, but because of their acumen, skill, and experience, we ended in a position of strength. I live in a completely separate community, but they maintained close contact and gave me encouragement and support, and most importantly excellent legal advocacy, through the most difficult time in the lives of myself and my children. I found their business and finances to be completely fair and honest, and in many ways a very good deal. One must remember that legal representation does not come cheap, but by no means were they exorbitant and I feel that for every dollar spent I got twice that in value. I cannot recommend this team of attorneys and paralegals more highly.

This firm is by far the best that we’ve worked with. We had bad luck with our first attorney for a custody situation for my husbands oldest child. We were fortunate to reach out and hire on this firm and we couldn’t be more happy. First we know price is always a factor on hiring on an attorney, but there work is worth the price. Second they work really well with their clients as long as there is good communication on payments. Second, the communication with all staff has and is phenomenal! Anytime we’ve reached out they are able and willing to get us in for a chat, or accept emails directly. Which is great and we are always in the loop on anything! We were given great direction on the steps we should proceed with and overall help with moving forward or what our roll is, it was never unclear. Third, as for ongoing situations, or mediations, this is by far the best we’ve experienced. We have had to reach out on many different situations regarding our custody and what the next steps should be, even with their case loads, they find time to make sure our case isn’t pushed aside. This firm has and is like family to us and has helped us tremendously and we will continue to keep them as an ongoing attorney for our case. Amazing work, great service, and very understanding. I would and have recommended their firm and attorneys to friends and relatives.

Throughout years of complex child custody issues, the Nyquist firm has provided steady guidance and representation, far exceeding the performance of previous counsel. The level of organization, accessibility and expertise has been excellent. Went to her for divorce advice and she gave me forms I already had from court filing office and told me everything I already read in the handout then charged me $300 for the ‘consultation’. Worst experience in the worst time of my life.
