As a legal professional I know the importance of finding the right attorney with specialization in a particular subject area/legal discipline. After an extensive search of qualified attorneys in Anchorage, I deliberately selected Ben for the job. Ben's small team was hyper-focused on providing my brother and I professional legal services customized to our individual situation (unlike my experience with larger firms where your case collects dust for months). Ben has mastered breaking down complex legal jargon into easily digestible explanations and kept my brother and I abreast of the legal process and settlement negotiations throughout the entirety of the case. He gets results; In our case he was able to hold the other party's insurance company accountable and achieved a speedy settlement of over 6x the original offer. I called before Thanksgiving 2021, and gave details of a recent fall. The man I spoke to was going to speak to Ben and get back with me. That has never happened. I have left two voice messages with no response. I would have given a zero to match their efforts, but it wasn’t an option.

A motorist ran a red light and slammed into the drivers door of my vehicle doing over 45 mph. I was not seriously injured but I was injured and had medical appointments for 2 years. When it was time to settle up with insurance company due to reaching maximum amount of time I could keep claim open I was going to do it myself. Ben suggested I should not do it myself. Both parties were insured by same company. I requested video from traffic cams and waited for months due to new process in Alaska for requesting evidence. After receiving video, it was useless. It didn’t show accident. I agreed to have Ben represent me and he was able to get traffic cam video which showed impact of vehicle hitting me. The first offer they presented me with was insulting. The case manager was making statements telling me my injuries were soft tissue and I was over treated. I’m glad I had Ben who was not emotional as I was to her statements. We made counter offer and began the process on negotiating. I was naive and figured since it was same insurance company they would treat me well. I was very wrong. Ben was my advocate and got me a good settlement and a surprise addition to settlement at the end. I was grateful I didn’t have to do all the correspondence with insurance company and the insurance company had to be professional as I was represented by Ben. Ben had my back and my best interest in mind. He had all the knowledge as he does this sort of thing all the time. It was very reassuring knowing he has dealt with insurance companies on many occasions and knew all the inns and outs. He always wanted more for me than I was willing to settle for. Thank you Ben

We won! Josh took on my case when others said I didn’t have a good case and it would be a waste on time and money to fight. Josh worked on my case for over 2 years, and he got my case dismissed without ever having to go to trial. I only had to go to court once because he took care of everything. I also was not surprised by any extra fees after my first initial payment to hire Josh. I cried happy tears for hours when I found out the great news. So happy I chose to hire him. I’m a veteran, did not work to place my case with veterans court, never returned emails: claimed he wasn’t an email type person, made rude comments to me that make it appear he has issues with females, did not aggressively advocate for me. Would not recommend.
