My experience when Ben couldn’t of been a better one. The amount of work and dedication he put into my case to make sure I got the best results possible was endless. His fight for me was tooth and nail and never felt more comfortable or safe then with him handling my case. Even after my case and Sentence he’s still looking after my future and couldn’t of chose better

Ben Crittenden took my case when other so called lawyers yawned at my case. My case was my life after being injured on the job and being thrown to the wolves by my kindly employer. I can say this that the law is written in favor of the State and Employer, but Ben persevered, where most would have given up. It is a disgrace the way the law is written within Alaska. Having said that, Ben Crittenden showed tremendous fortitude and honor on my behalf. He worked tirelessly, and after over a year and half, my case was settled in what most would consider a win. Most lawyers including judges could learn a thing or two about humility, honor, trust, and just downright roll up your gold cuff-links and work for your client...Corporations don't need lawyers except to escape justice, but individuals do to protect themselves from the predatory laws, rules, policies, and organizations who wrote and prey on those of us unfortunate to fall within their cross-hairs. Mr. Crittenden was a business associate, and when I had a car accident, I immediately thought of him to represent me. I was more than pleased at the results of my choice! Ben is the most fair, honest and forthright attorney I've ever known! That says a lot having worked for attorneys for decades. He represented me in a way, that if your family member was injured in an accident or harmed, that you would pursue all means and avenues to make them whole again. Definitely had a hard time being kept inform of what was going on in my case. Even though I was paying him to be my lawyer he made me feel as though anytime I reached out to him and actually got him it was an inconvenience. I did not feel as though my case was as important to him and it was for me. If I had the chance to do it over again I would definitely have searched for a different lawyer. I was not satisfied or impressed.

I was injured by a dog I didn't know by simply taking a walk. It resulted in surgery and hardware in my leg, months on crutches in the winter, time off work, my leg will never be the same, I cannot: run, sit cross legged, kneel, crouch, and I experience pain daily.
