I initially sought legal consultation w Brad and his team and thought that the truth alone would ultimately protect me in court. I was wrong. Anyone protecting themselves and their children in legal proceedings deserve representation. I hired Brad and his law firm to represent me through my custody case. While working with Brad and his paralegals, I felt that they supported me through meeting the courts requirements and genuinely fought for my rights. I was able to call and ask questions about my case and received answers from either Brad or his paralegal, Heather. It made me feel that I had a position in my case and that my concerns were heard and validated. At the final hearing, my charges with OCS were overturned, I received joint custody of my children, and the case was dismissed. I am very satisfied with the legal representation that I received. From my experience, I'd recommend Carlson law firm in family court and would ultimately recommend that their services be retained sooner rather than later to ensure the best possible outcome.

I hired Brad Carlson and his firm to help me with a personal injury lawsuit. I was rear-ended and sustained injuries and damage to my vehicle. After this, I was lucky to have Heather as a part of my legal team. She has a lot of knowledge on personal injury lawsuits and did not stop fighting for the best outcome for me. I hired Brad and Team for a custody issue- I am a father that lives outside the state of Alaska, so to say I had an uphill fight ahead of me was an understatement.
