Josh did a great job getting my DUI dismissed with his thorough knowledge of Alaska courts He and his team were great to work with.

Getting Josh as my attorney for my DUI , I was pretty excited. He made me feel confident and gave me “worst case scenarios” which was helpful. His fee for my DUI case was $3500. Once I paid him I hardly heard from him up until my hearing. I reached out via email and spoke with his assistant John on a few occasions. Each time there seemed to be a communication break down. At best, Attorney Fink was lackadaisical regarding my case. Every time I had an issue his rebuttal was that his assistant John would take care of it or he would follow up with me. None of which ever happened. I’m suggesting not hiring Mr. Fink, but in the chance you do hire him, make sure whatever is said out loud to follow up immediately with an email stating the exact language and/or verbiage that was spoken. Every time you do this be sure to put “request follow up” in the subject field of your email. In the end, instead of being helpful and giving guidance, his law firms quote was “Do For Yourself”

I hired Josh on the recommendation of a mutual friend. He represented me first in a DUI case, then on a DV assault case. He was able to minimize the damage from the DUI case, for which I will be eternally grateful. He worked with the SOA to get the DV charge reduced to a non-barrier crime (harassment) which allows me to continue my work as a caregiver. He and his assistant Reece Robert took extra time and care to make sure they achieved the best outcome for me. Hopefully, I won't need him again soon but if I do, I will gladly pay his very reasonable fee for his excellent representation!
