Lawyer wouldn't even hear out my concerns with a free consultation or even a paid consultation. Had no concern at all about making me feel better about the situation I'm in or give me legal advice if I was in a bad situation. Not somebody you want in your court.

Ms. Compton is a top-notch attorney. She is very forthright with information and works diligently for her clients. My daughter passed away due to a tragic accident; she was a single mother at the time of her death. The biological father wasn’t in the picture at the time of her death and had been absent most of this child’s life. Ms. Compton went above and beyond to assists us in securing guardianship of our grandson. We had many legal issues and hurdles to overcome but with her expertise and broad knowledge of family law our grandson was placed with us. Without hesitation, I highly recommend her services to anyone. I am grateful that good friend recommended her to us.

**** UPDATE: It happened again! I was once again hit by an inattentive driver. This time the case was trickier, because I was still seeing doctors for injuries sustained from the LAST inattentive driver (put down the phones, people!!) And instead of a car insurance company, this time we were dealing with a corporate entity (owner of a valet parking service) so not at all a run-of-the-mill case. Michaela expertly untangled my damages from the prior accident and got me a good settlement. I don’t know if any other attorney would have been able to do it. I really hope I don’t need her help again, but if I do, I know I’m in great hands. **** I highly recommend Michaela Canterbury! After my car accident I couldn't imagine dealing with car insurance investigators while also dealing with my injuries. Michaela and her staff handled everything and kept me informed of the case progress every step of the way. Michaela took care of the insurance company so I could focus on healing.
