Mr. Taylor is the finest legal professional I have ever met. He walks the walk. In 2016 I was extremely ill and didn't expect to live very long. I had a legal issue with my condo association and did not know what to do. Mr. Taylor not only helped me he hand delivered the paperwork to me at home as I could not leave my home at the time. Since then he has consistently helped me. He mind is a universe of knowledge and is able to advise without having to look up every detail. That is because he has an extraordinary legal brain and is willing to use it to help his clients. He has single handedly changed my mind about the legal profession. He is an expert but above all he is a person who genuinely cares about his clients.

Mr. Taylor advised me on matters related to fraud and unauthorized use of my signature. Because this was a complex case, he had to perform considerable research and develop a creative legal strategy. He did that very nicely and was reasonable in hours he charged.

Kneeland has done several jobs for me. His research is excellent. I am a real estate broker, and he only has done real estate related work for me. He has enabled me to make informed decisions to either settle or litigate, or to pursue a legal option or not. This has been invaluable for keeping the brokerage productive.
