I hired Andrew to take care of my start-up paperwork for my new business. So easy and as of now worth every penny. It's a great feeling having him and his expertise in my corner.

Our company has been using Vellum LLC for almost 5 years now. The service provided by Vellum has added value to our team at a price we can afford. We think of Vellum as our "legal department". I highly recommend this service to small businesses that have normal or average legal (LLC paperwork, contracts, employee handbooks, etc) needs.
