These are great people and provide an excellent product. I was never so happy as to complete a trust with Foley and Pearson. And to this day, I have never regretted engaging this firm to get my trust done. More should do the same.

Our family worked with Foley & Pearson to develop our estate plan. They did a thorough job and, while we’re due to update some things, it is nice to know that if misfortune occurs our children’s needs will be addressed.

My wife and I have been with Foley and Foley and, now, Foley and Pearson for a long while now. They have provided us with nothing except exceptional service. We knew basically nothing about wills, trusts, and other such things. The staff patiently explained them to us and their advice was instrumental in developing our trust. We found the firm to be thorough, professional, and responsive to our individual needs and our requests. Be careful if you are setting up a Living Trust with them. Make sure you understand what you are paying for. My parents set up a Living Trust. They thought Foley and Pearson would be very helpful once they past away. The Living Trust was helpful but the attorney was not. He wanted $10,000 to go over the trust with us. I explained we did not have any money left so he thought he could bring it down to $5,000. I had to hire a different lawyer and it took less than 30 minutes to go over the Living Trust with us. Costed me $150. I was very disappointed.
