Attorney Stock worked with my 76 year old brother-in-law to get his US citizenship. He is a Canadian citizen who lived in the US during the Vietnam War & was drafted, but never became a US citizen. He was honorably discharged from the army after serving just over a year due to mental health problems. He returned to Canada after residing in the US for 10 years. He is not able to live independently. His mother who is now 99 1/2 years old has been his caregiver. She can no longer care for him so he moved back to the US in order to utilize his US Veteran benefits & lives in a nursing home. His mother continues to live in Canada. He needs US citizenship & a US passport in order to visit his mother.
