He seems caring but he was 2 hours late to a custody court hearing & there was a large amount of gap missing from my bill statement that was accounted for nothing & wasn't going to give me a statement at all after he told me a bill total. The lawyer i have now gives me a bill statement after every interaction. So I'd have to say something doesn't add up here.

Don’t look any further! Jason Skala is SPECTACULAR! You will not find his type of attentiveness and care for your case anywhere else. We were constantly kept updated on my mother’s case. Jason explained in detail her case and what the plan was. I am very grateful and cannot thank Jason enough! He is truly genuine about supporting you and fighting for your best interest! Dan Allen won my custody case. It was an overwhelming and scary experience but he guided me through it. He was patient and easy to work with. The case was moved to Kenai and he still did a great job. He and his staff have been available for all of my follow up questions and any concerns I’ve had with visitation. I moved here from out of state and am so lucky that his name was recommended to me - as I didn’t know any attorneys and have never been involved in any legal proceedings. I’m very grateful to know that I can keep my son safe, healthy, and happy thanks to him!!

Bait and switched. Told me he had my case in hand. In truth, he never handled it at all, handed the case to someone with no experience. Never showed to the hearings. I lost everything. If I could make it a lower rating I would. Single worst legal experience of my life.

We did not achieve the outcome we hoped for. However, it was an honor and a pleasure working with Mr. Allan. We admire and respect his wealth of legal knowledge, tempered with great compassion for people and a focus on quality of life.
