Unfortunately on a recent trip to Anchorage I was arrested for a DUI. I was referred to Whitney at Power and Brown. She was easy to get ahold of and she did a great job fighting for me. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend her.

Earlier this fall a situation presented itself with my son and the school district in which he was as a first year High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. He over looked an eligibility matter as school Athletic Director that caused the high school football team to play an ineligible player and once discovered, he self reported the error. This was not received well what so every by the school, the coach and district office. The team was destined for the football playoffs and now, with this report, was compelled to forfeit games in which this player had played. This knocked the team out of the playoffs. The district administration conducted a shabby investigation and was ready to terminate my son as an employee and school AD as a way to pacify the community. Whitney worked tirelessly with my son to gain a separation settlement that satisfied both parties and preserve his young career in education. Today, my son is employed at a high school teacher in Oregon doing what he loves to do- teach kids.
