I had the misfortune of being accused and given a ticket for a serious hunting violation in Alaska with a rifle. From the very beginning I knew I did not commit the crime I was being accused of and needed a lawyer that would fight for my career and myself. I looked for about two days for a lawyer and came across Robert Herz while searching lawyers with a background in fish and game cases. I called Mr. Herz and out of five different lawyers I called, Mr. Herz was the only lawyer that actually answered my phone call after hours. I immediately explained my situation I was in and asked for his legal help. Mr. Herz was very respectful and honest during our entire 9 months he worked on my case. Mr. Herz kept me informed on all changes during the case. I was facing some tough misdemeanor charges that would have damaged my career in the Military. Mr. Herz with all his hard work and dedication was able to bring out the truth in my case and the evidence. He worked endless to have the charges dropped. In the end all of the charges were dropped except for a small ticket. Mr. Herz is an amazing lawyer and I would recommend him to any client. He is very hard working, up front and honest and never gives up on the case.

Robert is responsive, thorough, professional, and unrelenting in the courtroom. I was arrested on felony charges last summer in the middle of nowhere, and my family was frantically trying to figure out where I was and what they could do to get me out of jail.
