After being refused by multiple other firms who felt they were out of their depth and unable to represent me in what was a very hostile and aggressive lawsuit, I was in my deepest darkest despair being falsely accused and no idea how to defend myself from another state miles away. I was wrongly accused by a state institution and punishment was imposed before I was ever contacted regarding the accusation and without due process. Had this error not been corrected it would have resulted in significant financial hardship. After punishment was imposed, I was notified that there would be an opportunity for me to meet with my accuser. Josh was contacted and, after some discussion, it was decided that he would represent me at this meeting.
