I always tell people that Jason is my hero; he helped me save my home and for that, I am eternally grateful! In trying to find an attorney to take on the cluster of my situation, I stumbled upon Jason firm’s practically in my back yard. It was my lucky day! After consulting with Jason, he agreed to take my case. Sometimes you wonder how you get in the messes you sometimes find yourself, but Jason was not judgmental. I found that Jason is easy to talk to and he explains things so you understand them; he has always responded to any questions or concerns I might have and, most importantly, he knows what he’s doing. And, Yes, I would do it all over again!

Jason was great attorney in assisting with my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and conversion of my case to a Chapter 7. He was very understanding of my needs and my case was successfully discharged!! Thank you Mr Treguboff for all you do🥰❤️😎

Echoing other complaints about ethics. He needs to be reported for his practices. I urge everyone to complain through the BBB and the bar. He has no business taking advantage of people. He did handle my 1st case although, I really didn't need a lawyer, but there was no free consultation. Being that I was strapped for cash as a student, which he knew, and the law was on my side, I really could have saved the $500. The person was unlikely to go to court. He reports that he drew up another disposition for another person who he knew was out of state to an unknown address and who I clearly stated I did not which to sue. All documented. I have never seen his document nor asked for it.He's charging $300. Not sure how he sleeps. He's a reason why lawyers have such a bad reputation. He says he works alone. If he wants more money he needs to either take more cases or get another job. Not only are these unethical charges he's adding interest Also after you pay he ONLY replis through emails. Which is the reason why so many have complained about unresponsiveness. If you hire a lawyer and pay you need to discuss critical matters through the phone.
