I fell behind on my HOA and decided it best to File a chapter 7 BK (Pro Se) in 2018 to prevent the HOA from foreclosing. At that time my equity was well below the then homestead exemption of 150K which made my home exempt. I was discharged in 2018 and thought I was in the clear specifically with my HOA to start paying them at the first of the year which I started immediately. Fast Forward to the pandemic, that is when I was notified by the BK trustee that he indeed grant me a discharge but had not closed my case, and with the equity I had now had in my home he would be listing it for sale. After going through the heartache of opening my home to possible buyers and not knowing where my family would move to for 8 months, my family home did not sell. That is when I contacted BK attorneys to see what I needed to do next because the Trustee was threatening a Sheriff sale. NO OTHER ATTORNEY except Jason Treguboff would even speak to me because my BK had already been filed back in 2018. Jason's first words to me were " I would like to be your last resort in this matter in filing for a chapter 13" Jason is a PURE ANGEL walking this earth ! He took my calls responded promptly my text messages and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do since this case was filed as a PRO SE. He saw and guided me to the light when I was in pure darkness for 2 years not knowing if I would loose my 1st/forever home. I am truly grateful that I found Treguboff Law, PLC and didn’t just crawl under a rock and give up. I am Forever Grateful!

They advertise free consultation with an attorney. I called for one on 3/8 and I was transferred to a gentleman who I was led to believe was an attorney. Went over my needs and decided to hire them. They requested a lot of personal information (as required for my case) and I sent everything over that night. I was assured that my case would be filed that next week. I called the following Thursday because I had not heard from them. I was informed of three things 1. My case was not filed or even looked at yet. 2. The attorney will give me a call by the end of the day that day or tomorrow (3/15 Friday). 3. The person I spoke with for my free consult was NOT even an attorney. I let all that go and waited for the phone call. I am writing this review on 4/1 because I STILL have not heard from anyone! I just fired them and went with someone else. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. They may take payment plans but the cost is that they do not do anything.

Anyone in need of a good and honest attorney should consider this firm.

It is with great pleasure that I write a review for Jason Treguboff. I recently moved to Arizona and soon realized at the age of 74 I needed legal advice on how to manage my outtanding debts. Jason was highly experienced and knowledgeable; yet supportive of my individual needs. I think it is important to have a rapport with your legal counsel so you can have confidence that they understand your needs- Jason is calm and collected and reassuring through legal processes. He was responsive when I called and returned messages quickly. He was willing to communicate via email and text (when appropriate) which was very convenient. I also felt that the cost of services was reasonable.
