I hate attorneys... I hated the fact that I needed to get one. I found myself needing to get a lawyer because my now ex-spouse was forcing me to get a divorce. I found Robert Moon online and wasn't trusting of him or anything that he said. After doing a few free consults with other divorce lawyers I realized that he was different. I paid him my retainer to begin my divorce (still reluctantly) and he and his team began working on my case. Fast forward 6 months-ish, I can't say that I love attorneys but anyone who has to get one needs to at a minimum talk to this divorce lawyer and his team.

I needed to get child custody after my divorce. It had been a few years and my children were saying things that led me to believe things weren't alright with the way they were being parented. I contacted Hogle family law in Chandler and began working with a child custody attorney to help me get to the bottom of the situation and to get evidence of what was going on so we could present the best case possible to the judge to revise my child custody or parenting time agreement that was in effect post divorce. With the help of Mr Moon, my child custody lawyer we were able to accomplish all that we set out to. His entire staff was excellent all along the way. There sure was a lot of work involved on my part and my attorney and his staff didn't do everything, but when it came to the legal end of it they crushed it.

Kirk worked hard and was fair and reasonably priced. I would recommend Kirk as a defense attorney anytime. Great communication.

Really Wish there was and option to leave ZERO STARS. DO NOT INQUIRE ANY SERVICES FROM THIS MAN! He is a complete SCAM! Will charge you a flat fee and take your money before even meeting with the client and before reviewing the entire case... HE DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WELL AT ALL AND ACTS JUST LIKE A PUBLIC DEFENDER! He is lazy, unprofessional, rude, manipulative, AND HAS TERRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT! He is money hungry AND will try to keep your money after providing NO legal services what so ever and without a written agreement! He also is very inexperienced and has no paralegal but is supposed to have a law firm....he barely has an office!
