Bernard Johnsen was the most professional Attorney/Client relationship I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He is extremely polite, informative, and very knowledgeable. He excels in his expertise and is very helpful with explaining the process in terms easily understandable by the common layperson and gets results. I have never had anyone, in any profession, return my inquiries as quickly as he did. His responce time is among the best of the best.. Consumate professional! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about existing and pending laws, Jeff is a friendly, sensitive, caring good listener you can trust. His fees are reasonable and he will never pressure you in any way. Jeff has the patience of the gods when it comes to scheduling appointments, helping you decide on the best options and taking the time to explain the details to you until you understand and are satisfied. My wife and I had Jeff prepare several documents for us: Revocable Living Trust, Wills, General Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. We both thought he was great and recommend him unreservedly!

The title “Best Interest” is a joke.... I would like to echo the previous review and also state that after almost a year of having been assigned to my case as my son’s “BIA”... she too had walked away with a healthy paycheck after only deferring her position to a Child Counselor (who also is is need of a review) and regurgitating her statements about her “opinion” of me.... From the beginning she admitted this case was something she is perplexed by; given all the confusing/conflicting information and evidence (or lack there of)...She was assigned to find out if indeed there was any proof or evidence of child abuse (as alleged)... and of course there was none.. however she echoed the opinion of a child counselor whom only visited with my son twice a month... for 8 months.. Given the fact that his mother was the ONLY one allowed to take him to and from the appointments and I constantly stated my opinion on the concerns of her manipulation of his thoughts and feeings towards me... she refused to look into that.. instead she decided it was only appropriate to “take the path of least resistance” and look for the opinion of a less than qualified counselor... At trial it was obvious whos side she was on.... evidenced by the “softball sized questions” she cross examined mother with... she failed to bring up very IMPORTANT and DAMAGING information she had from her first interview with my son... in nearly a year of her being assigned to the case.. I met with her only once and she “interviewed” my son three times.... (twice being during the parenting time of mother)... Definitely do not recommend her for ANY “Best Interest Assignments”...

We contacted Jeffery P. Hall recently when we decided to have a Joint Living Trust done. We searched the web and found very positive reviews on Jeffery. We contacted him and got a quick response. Within a few days he set up an online meeting, which went very well. He is very knowledgeable and discussed with us various scenarios that we had not thought about. My wife and I had engaged Jeff initially a couple of years ago for estate planning. We had a couple of unique issues as ours is a second marriage and my wife is not a US citizen. We ultimately had to think through some planning issues and put the planning aside. Over the course of a couple of years Jeff politely reminded us via email that he was available when we were ready to finish our planning and documentation. Well we finally resolved our issues in 2020 and reached out to Jeff who picked up without missing a beat. In the course of a couple of weeks we executed our documents and were able to complete our process. Jeff and his associates made the process clear and while professional was laid back and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him for estate planning and related work.
