Posting for my mom as she is a bit technically challenged with posting. "I highly recommend Jeff Hall hands-down based on my recent interactions with him in completing my estate planning documents. Due to my children living out-of-state, it was important to me that I find a trustworthy and competent lawyer to handle my estate planning affairs. As a former Army JAG warrant officer, my daughter, knew how to research a good lawyer for me. Not only does Jeff practice estate planning for Arizona, but he is also a lawyer in the Air Force Reserves which, in my opinion and my daughter’s, sets him apart from other lawyers. Jeff always got back to me either by email or phone in very timely manner. There may be times he may be unavailable to get back with you due to his military duties, however, he is good at letting you know this ahead of time. Setting up an appointment is very easy online. Once you set you’re appointment you will email him to let him know in-person or online (like a telehealth appointment, only it’s with a lawyer not your doctor). My daughter arrived in town and reviewed the documents with me and we jotted down our questions so she knew what each element in my documents meant and how it will apply when the time comes to implement any of the documents. Jeff prepared for us Will, durable power of attorney and a document to set up a Trust, and a few other supporting documents that completed my estate planning package. Jeff was very patient and explained each answer in clear in comprehensible words that I understood. We had been meaning to set up a Trust for sometime and kept delaying as the paperwork seemed daunting. We contacted Jeffrey Hall, PLLC and he was informative, detailed, and responsive. Divorce is certainly a difficult process, especially with children. My divorce was incredibly draining emotionally, but Amanda helped keep me at ease, throughout it all. Amanda is quick to respond and thoroughly explained everything every step of the way. After meeting with other law groups and not feeling comfortable with any of them I was referred to Mr. Coolidge by a friend. Not only did I know immediately that he was a professional and knowledgeable I also knew he was going to do everything in his power to help me. Never being in a situation like this before I was lucky enough to find someone who truly cared and followed through on everything he said he would. He walked me through every step and when I didn’t understand he took the time to explain as many times as needed until I did. He also adapted to Covid and all the limitations it brought and kept the trial going in a timely manor. Never once was I worried I would miss a deadline or be unprepared.
