This review is from my phone consultation. He took his time to point me in the right direction and it was so nice to see he immediately showed empathy and cared about situation and my case. Todd helped me with a criminal trespassing charge. His communication was very good, he did not seem to drag his feet on anything even tho it was not a big case for him. He was able to get the entire charge dropped which was the best case scenario. I was very happy with the experience.

Jordan Zitron seemed great in the beginning and did well when he was in the courtroom, but then would blatantly ignore me and neglect the case for months. I would have to send dozens of emails and calls with no response, but he called back a friend of mine for a consult within 24 hours of her submitting a request. He did not only ignore me, he failed to respond to apposing party motions causing them to be granted. Unethical lawyer. Going to the Arizona State Bar.

Jordan in the beginning seemed like the perfect lawyer until we were nearing the end of the case and he suddenly went MIA for over a month resulting in the other party getting motions granted due to Jordan's negligence. We called dozens of times, left voicemails and sent an unnecessary amount of emails to both him and his partner (his sister). Over a month passed and we finially got a response of apologies and empty promises so we gave Jordan another chance, he filed 1 response and now suddenly he has been MIA for over 45 additional days. We are in disbelief after working with Jordan for so long on our case he completely cut off all communication and we are now left to finish the case on our own. Don't give this firm a dime! Would hate for the same thing to happen to you, and when dealing with the wellbeing of your children it's just not something you want to chance.
