Matthew was so kind and warm. He had a great bedside manner so to speak. He took the time to contact me, answer my phone calls and answer my questions. He never made me feel ignored or like a burden in any way. He is very very personable and very professional. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone that finds himself in this situation because he will absolutely take the time needed for your case to make sure your outcome is as good as it can be. He does not judge and actually truly cares about the situation you're going through and it shows in every interaction you have with him. He truly cares about your safety and your feelings. I highly recommend Matthew Marner as a defense attorney after my superb experience being his client. He achieved the best possible outcome in my case and was very helpful throughout the process. I worked with Matthew closely for 2 months as my case progressed and was eventually dismissed. The entire time he was extremely responsive and patient with my endless questions. I was not familiar with the legal system, so I appreciated that he took the time to explain what each step of the process would look like and outlined the strategy he recommended given the specifics of my case, all while letting me be the ultimate decision maker. You hear the lawyer jokes “What do you call 5 lawyers at the bottom of the sea?” “A good start” But, it would be a true tragedy to both the profession and world if Matt Marner were one of them. No one ever really wants to be in need of a lawyer and I certainly did not. I am truly grateful that I retained Mr. Marner. From the very start he listened to me, guided me, talked me off the ledge and continued to keep me focused and moving forward. This was my first time in the legal system which I very much distrust. I valued the time he would take to educate me on the legal definitions (they count). And when it came time to plead (it was my best choice), he steadfastly stood by me and provided the tools I needed to get to the finish line. He clearly defined the possible outcomes of each option. What did I need? What were the implications and how best could I take back control? Communication with Mr. Marner was a breeze. If it were necessary to leave a message, he would promptly return my call. He was a Godsend. direct, honest and human. He allowed me to process the options without pressure,I never felt judged. I was very emotional and immediately would catastrophize any new information. Until I could hear it, he would calmly give me more information and clarity. If you are reading this review you obviously are in need of a lawyer. If you want someone who isn’t just in it for the money but will hear you, return your calls, use his expertise and be invested in the best possible outcome for you, my best advice, hire Mr. Matt Marner.

Beyond AMAZING! If you are here looking for someone who will handle your criminal charges, answer all your questions, and address all your concerns, you've come to the right place. That might sound like a script to a tv commercial but Matthew will not disappoint! I can't begin to thank Matthew for the amazing support he has provided during what I'd call my most desperate time of need. Before I spoke to Matthew I had so many doubts and fears but because of how personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable he was, I left feeling at ease after just ONE phone call with him.
