I went to The Moak Law Firm after reading the great online reviews and I was not disappointed. Its not easy to make the decision to file bankruptcy, but Mr Moak and his staff help you through every step and their assurances make it so much easier. I would recommend their firm 100%.

Mr Moak, met with us personally and explained everything to us. He kept in touch with us via email (which is what I prefered) prior to the 341 meeting and kept us informed and up to date. He was also present at the 341 meeting.
Payment was set up with 12 monthly installments, so did not have to pay for bankruptcy all at once, which is a big help.. so far we are very happy with the Moak Law Firm.
