If I could give Todd Simpson more stars I absolutely would!! After doing tons of research online for a divorce attorney I decided to set up a meeting with Todd Simpson. After leaving that initial consultation both my mother and myself knew immediately he was the one. I felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders and I now had some direction and guidance that I needed. He also gave me hope. Throughout my whole divorce process I never felt like my questions were dumb or I was taking up too much of his time, he truly felt more like a friend than a lawyer and at times my personal therapist..lol :) He was very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. He also has a sense of humor which helped lighten the mood at times. He could always be reached and got back to me immediately if he wasn't available. He was blunt and honest with best/worst case scenarios and would prepare me for what may come which I appreciated. Megan his legal assistant was also amazing!! When Todd wasn't available she was always there willing to help. I can't say enough good things about Todd Simpson. I highly recommend him!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Todd and Megan for everything. I couldn't have gotten through this without you guys.

Thank you Larson and Simpson for helping me get my son back! This was a highly contentious case and Todd Simpson the entire way was professional, aggressive and wouldn't give up. This is the best family law firm out there. They helped with custody, child support and my parenting time. Larson and Simpson is the best. Update 2 years later. My son has lived with me full time for the last 2 years.

I recently worked with Todd Simpson at Larson & Simpson on 2 separate legal matters. To say that his work is far superior to other attorneys with whom I’ve worked in the past would be such an understatement that I feel like it would almost be insulting to him. This man holds true to his word, is always upfront, incredibly candid & will never mislead you regardless of what you’re up against. We worked together over the last few years on some incredibly contentious matters & he always treated me as if I was his only client. Not only did he treat me as if I was his only client but he also treated me as if I were part of his own family. Over the course of a span of just over 2 years we worked together to develop the best strategies possible to ultimately help us decide what our best possible solutions were in each matter at hand. That said we didn’t always get along, though he always maintained the utmost professionalism that I was & still am astounded by. Most other attorneys wouldn’t give you the time of day after a potential conflict arises & would just look to push you off to another attorney, however this was never the case with Todd. He makes your personal matter his own personal matter as his dedication to defending his clients is something I’ve never seen from any attorney ever before (and trust me when I say, “I’ve worked with a lot of them”). I don’t know how he does it, but he’s not afraid to carry the weight of his clients issues home with him each night. I can be an extremely difficult client to work with & didn’t always like what he had to say. However he always allowed me to hold the reigns while we navigated through uncharted waters while providing me with the best insight, legal advice & counsel, though leaving me to make the final decisions regardless of whether they were against his advice. Though for the record I usually ended up taking his advice because he wants to win just as much as you do. He’s had some personal life experience that I truly believe is what makes him the best at what he does. Regardless of what you may think at certain times, he genuinely does care & is incredibly determined to see things through to conclusion. If you’re going through a divorce or custody battle be it contentious or not you would be foolish not to at least consult this man. I wish my job was to assign attorney grades because while this man may still be somewhat of a new attorney he’s already an AV rated attorney in my book & I have no doubt he’ll acquire that highest possible rating an attorney can receive sometime in the future. This was my only good experience with lawyers. I’ve been in business most of my life and had multiple experiences with courts and lawyers. Even in winning it was never a good experience. Todd Simmons was that exception. He was up front told me my charges up from (very reasonable) and held to his word. There were no surprises or hidden fine print. He was reachable at all times and his experience and reputation with the court made this an almost pleasant experience. He’s definitely going to the top of my speed dial list.

Todd and Megan were very helpful in handling my case from the very beginning. They were very professional. Todd made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of everything. I hired Todd for my child custody case with my ex husband. Todd was great! He cares about both parties and he cares about the kids truly. He is also very honest. I should’ve done more research instead of choosing the most rating on google. Todd asked for $100 in cash for 30 min. He said to feel free to call if I had any more questions. I called and it’s been 2 days and still no call back. I went to another lawyer who offered to meet me for FREE for 30 min and gave me better advice than Todd.

Best experience ever. When I needed help Todd was always there. The whole office went above and beyond to make my divorce as easy as it could possibly be. Hand down if you need an amazing attorney you will be in great hands with Todd.
