I recently created a trust with Ryan at Dana Law Group. I had many questions to understand how trusts work, and I appreciate the time Ryan spent with me. At the end of the day, trust directives are the client's to decide. It took a few drafts, but Ryan helped me get there and I appreciate his patience. After a rush hour accident where I was rear-ended, I wanted an attorney to help me navigate through dealing with two different insurance companies (and my own). While my damage and injuries were only moderate & this was never going to be a million dollar settlement, my reps at Phoenix Accident & Injury Law were always supportive and responsive to my questions and making sure I was able to focus on the immediate aftermath of my own health rather than dealing with other insurance companies. Forgot to do a review; but, while my case is still pending, Tim Tobin has been doing an amazing job handling the matter. This lawyer is so well versed with the MVD and explains everything in detail. The first day he sent me an extensive list on what should be completed to reduce/waive penalties for my case. Every time I have a question, Tim responds promptly and is always kind. Money well spent :)

Tim handled a case for me with city of chandler. Tim did an awesome job during the entire process. The case was dragged out by the city to almost an entire year. Tim went to each court appearance on my behalf and after each appearance he contacted me by phone as well as email to let me know the status of each appearance and where it go from that point. Tim is very professional as well as personable. He was also very accessible, and very quick to respond to phone calls or emails, I highly recommend Tim for any legal guidance.
