We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeffrey Schoen. My family and I were involved in a complex commercial real estate transaction that transpired over many months. My husband and I recently worked with Jeff to create an LLC to manage construction and ownership of a new property in Mesa. Jeff provided excellent professional advice for the LLC set up, prompted us with the appropriate questions for our CPA, and led us through the creation and filing of the Articles of Organization. Jeff was prompt, efficient, and extremely effective. My husband and his business partner have been working with Jeff for over 25 years, and now I clearly understand why.
