We hired David Sheffield to help set up our LLC in 2015. He did a great job in guiding us through the various ins and outs of this and especially with the operating agreement and all the paperwork associated with filing with the state of Arizona. He has a very calm and pleasant demeanor, fast worker, very accurate and is a pleasure to work with with lots of good practical advice.
