I suddenly found myself in a real bind, in a panic after receiving a DUI after dinner and a couple drinks! To make matters worse it was out of town! Not knowing what to do, where to start, I quickly realized I was not going to be able to do this alone! Someone I know recommended Howard and his team. In complete panic I called the office and was set up with an interview with Howard for the very next morning. After just a few minutes speaking with Howard, I went from being completely overwhelmed to knowing I have the right team representing me and an understanding of whats going to happen. Through the entire process, I never once had to appear in court, Howard, Tiffany and team were constantly updating me. In the end they came through with all they said they would and made sure the system did not take advantage of me. Again, I never once had to appear in court and the whole thing is wrapped up and over and i could not have asked for a better result! Thank you Howard, Tiffany and team!!

Marc Victor is quite simply the best criminal and civil rights attorney money can buy. He has given gun laws/rights speeches to countless organizations, including a few I belong to. I first met him 15 years ago outside of the legal realm (at a car dealership), and he gave me his card and said someday you’ll need this number. I told him I had no plans of getting arrested any time soon lol. He advised me that at some point in my life I will need and attorney, everyone does. More than 10 years later I started a phone call with, “Hey Marc, guess what? You were right...”

They know both sides of the law. The attorney's like you to be involved in your case while they are representing you. Everyone there is on a first name basis. The staff go out of their way to always greet you with a smile. The paralegal is quick to respond to any emails or calls. There is handicap parking and handicap restroom. They have coffee and water and snacks available free.
