Marc J Victor saved my career! Without getting too deep into my case I was a Police Officer that was treated pretty unfair by my old Department. I lost my job but Marc fought for me and was able to save my career so I can work for another Police Department. Marc actually calls back himself as busy as he is. You can just tell that this man loves what he does with how passionate he is. If that's not enough his receptionists are very courteous, professional and down to earth. You can tell that they genuinely care for you and your situation. This is just a great team overall. They truly turned my stressful situation into a pleasant experience and if I ever need a lawyer again I will not call anyone else but Marc.

I recently consulted with Marc about a legal issue that has perpetually haunted me for nearly 30 years. Indeed, the issue had resurfaced when my application for a fingerprinting clearance card—a required document for my new line of work--was denied. My family met Marc Victor in 2015, when my husband was charged with three felonies. He worked in law enforcement and if it went to trial it could have potentially been a high profile case. My husband was looking at 10+ years in prison. Marc was very reasonably priced and was willing to work with us on a payment plan that fit our family budget. Money wasn’t a first priority for him, which I loved because most lawyers would have required full payment before representation. Marc’s reputation is outstanding; even other attorneys assured me that we were in good hands. He genuinely cares about people and their freedom. Marc and his staff were attentive to my needs. I felt like I was their only client, which is important when you or your family’s life is on the line. He was in constant communication with me via phone calls and email, giving me updates about our case. His staff is very proactive and they get stuff done. They are always fighting for you! Thanks to Marc and his team, my husband’s case was thrown out and he will soon be reinstated at work.

Where to start....I would HIGHLY recommend Marc J Victor's office for any need you may have. Choosing someone who you can trust is always a nerve wracking experience, and Marc made this whole ordeal smooth and explained everything so we could understand what was going on. I had spoken with many other lawyers, and while most were nice, some were fear mongers trying to get into my wallet. Marc made time in his busy schedule to see me personally, when others were pushing me off for weeks, NEVER made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time, and kept me up to date without me having to call and ask him. His consultation fee is more than reasonable, and the value is well worth it. Marc also has the necessary experience to make sure you will have the best representation and knowledge on any issue you may have. Falsely Accused Of Domestic in Scottsdale, AZ Reviewing Adrian Little: As a Dad first I am forever appreciative for Adrian's services. He saved my life and prevented what would have been a disaster with the custody of my children not related to the person that falsely accused me. If I was found anything other than NOT GUILTY on all charges my life would have greatly suffered more than it did being falsely accused and going to jail for about a month as well as loosing everything. The first thing to be aware of is the extreme severity of the allegations! If a conviction would have been reached, I would have faced harsh, life-changing things. As a man who was falsely accused if convicted of abusing my girlfriend I would have faced several more months or years in prison. Right away Adrian was on top of my case. He was at my first hearing early in the morning after being detained and visited with me while in jail. A person who is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, simply being accused of committing a crime does not prove culpability. When going through something like what I experienced It does not feel like that sometimes and especially with what I went through dealing with the City Court of Scottsdale, AZ and the circus environment the prosecutor, accuser and my exes tried to create to harass and Intimidate me. Adrian worked hard and with me directly as the accused for every opportunity to show and prove my innocence. He did everything within his power to fight the charges against me and WON. If you are reading this, most importantly, as person accused of domestic violence or any crime you should hire a skilled attorney with experience in similar situations. Those who have been falsely accused or accused of something they did need the aid of a zealous legal advocate who is able to challenge evidence, scrutinize allegations and eventually prove their innocence or reduce sentencing. Having an experienced domestic violence defense attorney or criminal attorney on your side increases the chances of avoiding conviction. Adrian Little is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone I come across in life that is ever in need of an attorney in areas he represents.

I was initially overwhelmed with how fast Marc J. Victor and his staff moved on my case. Hours after our first meet they were in constant contact with me-- filing motions, and keeping me informed. My calls were often retuned by Marc, himself, and often within the hour. The same goes for communications via emails and texts! He moves quickly, making the most of his and his staff's time, but never once-- not once-- did I feel rushed when I had a question. His staff is highly trained and eager to please. Their tone and manner is both punctual and professional. The receptionist alone is notably always pleasant and respectful. Marc was extremely protective of me-- making it a point of standing between me and the prosecutor on one occasion. He's deliberate in everything he does. This made me feel safe when I most needed reassuring and comforting. I never felt alone. The prosecutor already knew of Marc because of his successes in several high-profile cases. That very same prosecutor who had tried to stare me down in court (prior to my having Marc at my side) now had trouble looking me and my new attorney (Marc) in the eye. It was delightful to say the least! I'd never felt so empowered after being so wronged and so viciously belittled. Thank you Marc— because without you my life would most certainly be in ruins.
