Cory took on my tough custody case. I am a father who lives out of state and we had no previous court order for my children. I was gravely concerned for the well being of my children and Cory was facing a mother biased judge. He presented the law to me and did not make any false promises. His preparation for the trial was phenomenal and he prepared me for what to expect on the stand. His knowledge of the law and his hard work in preparing the case helped the judge see my concerns which helped me win full custody of my children. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone, even trust him to represent anyone in my family.

Cory is a very caring person. He has been patient, compassionate and understanding during the entire time he has been helping me with my parents estate. I lost both my Mom and Dad over a period of just a few weeks. Cory is easy to talk to and always professional. A very smart and a very knowledgeable young man. He is kind and truly cares about the people that go to him for help. I highly recommend him to everyone and I feel he goes above and beyond no matter what questions or assistance I may need. He's always pleasant and kind. He's one of the good guys!

I was referred to Cory by my business attorney. I am very thankful to have been introduced to Cory. He made my divorce as clean and easy as possible. Cory just represented me in a hearing. I was apprehensive to say the least. He made me feel at ease in educating me about the process and what to expect from the opposing attorney. In the courtroom, Cory was impressive. His tactics are straight forward and to the point without attacking my ex. This was later appreciated by my judge. I have worked closely with Mr. Cory Stuart for a number of years now. He represented me in what should have been a fairly straightforward divorce case. But despite all best efforts, my "ex" did everything possible to make it quite the opposite. Cory guided me through the process and educated me on what was to be expected. My husband and I recently hired Cory to handle a custody case for us. Cory was great! He is professional, courteous and didn't waste our time. He had the experience to know exactly how to handle our case. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and with Cory. We have recommended him to several people we know. If you have a high conflict case (or even if you don't) Cory is the right attorney to handle even the most difficult case.

I am currently working with Cory to change my Parenting Plan and essentially gain more time with my children. I was completely disregarded by my Judge at my first hearing and very frustrated. I hired Cory and attended my second hearing with him. I am certain that without his expertise, I would not have gotten a true trial with this Judge as I now have. My Judge was not interested in heaing my case and Cory put enough information in front of him to take us further. I have had 5 attornies represent me since my divorce started. So far, he has helped more than all combined in such a short period of time. Beyond all of that, he is simply a fantastic person. I have already referred Cory.

I went to see Stuart at his office and was treated nicely my the front desk but that is only the positive thing I can say about this lawyer. After waiting for twenty or so minutes he brought me back to his office and was not friendly to say the least. He did not smile offer and sort of small talk or apologies that I am going through a divorce. That is not a big deal but not telling me vital information and rushing me in and out of his office is a big deal. This guy could not have been any ruder and spoke to me as if he was wasting his time. I do not recommend.

He was very negative and caused me to incurr more fees then needed. He was very rude and disrespectful to my ex husband and his attorney. I believe if he'd of been more reasonable and made an effort to communicate with me and the other attorney in the case my case would have not been so difficult to resolve.

Cory is a professional, ethical and honest attorney. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, he helped me with a difficult custody situation that has been ongoing for 13 years. With what seemed like a black and white case, Cory handled each and every surprise and obstacle; always consistent in his logic regarding reality, legality and morality to guide us towards the best suited goal for all involved parties. Additionally, he was an absolute gentlemen.

Cory represented me in a relocation case. He was very up front and straight forward with me the entire time. I was always able to get in touch with someone when I had questions, and always had responses quickly. Thanks to Cory I was able to relocate out of state with my children.
