Great experience! We had set up an estate plan with a trust seven years ago in Colorado, and wanted to update it for Arizona now that we've moved here. We worked with attorney Rob Siddoway, who patiently answered all our questions and efficiently updated our documents, explaining everything along the way. It was a well-established routine with three meetings of about an hour each. Everything went like clockwork. Rob is very thorough, knowledgeable and provided some real life examples to illustrate his points, which we very much appreciated. Everyone at CDM Law Firm was friendly and professional. This could not have gone any better!

Shout out to David Martinez. I called David because I wasn’t sure what needed to be done with regards to my mother’s trust after she had passed away. David talked with me on the phone and then graciously met with my husband and I to look at the trust document. While not a long meeting, his help was appreciated and he did not charge us for this brief consultation. My husband and I plan to have him review our own trust in the near future.

I went to CDM Law Firm at a time of great personal distress. I was dealing with an out of control child and needed to set up a POA. I did not know what I was doing but David took so much time to help me understand what was available. When I brought my son, Christopher in for the signing, David was so kind and compassionate to all of us but took extra time explaining everything to Christopher. When we later had to hospitalize Christopher the intake staff were initially skeptical that we had the necessary POA but when they reviewed it, they were surprised and told me we had an additional layer that they don't usually see. I would have never known what would be necessary so I was SO THANKFUL that David knew what he was doing and was so willing to help a hysterical woman!
