Excellent service! Lou and the staff are always on top of it, from answering phone calls and emails, to attending to personal and private matters. They are all friendly, prompt, and understanding. Divorce experience with Mr. Lou was really smooth. When I went to see him first time I was confused and did not know where to start. He filled out all paper works and went through every single detail and explained things very well. His staffs are really helpful and supportive too. They are top of emails and phone calls. This lawyer did not show up one hour before mediation, like he was ordered to do, he also did not provide paternity testing before the mediation, and he also has not submitted an affidavit of income from the opposing party whom he represents and I represent myself and I had my affidavits, tax returns, pay stubs, everything ready to go he didn’t have anything.
