My wife was arrested for dui with kids in the car and escape. She was later charged with two class 5 and two class 6 felonies. Prior to retaining Hamp Law, Mr. Hamp and I spoke for 3 days. Once on the phone for an initial free consultation and then via text for 2 days. I've never seen such care and concern from an attorney. Even though Mr. Hamp couldn't give us a guarantee, we did leave his office with peace of mind and much hope! In under a week Mr. Hamp told us that there was a mistake in the states case and that the DA would consider dropping the charges. It couldn't have been 5 days later when Mr. Hamp called and said that the state was dismissing all the charges! Unbelievable.
