This law office was such a blessing, I live out of state , Troy went to court for me many times and saved me many trips to court, when it was all said and done it was a great resolution.

The entire staff at Shawn B Hamps office is amazing! You never want to have to hire an Attorney, but when you do need one this is the place to go. Attorney Virginia Crews helped me and my family deal with an unfortunate circumstances in our life. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and always responded promptly to any of our inquiries. She was at every hearing and met with us before and after to explain to us the next steps. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. My wife was arrested for dui with kids in the car and escape. She was later charged with two class 5 and two class 6 felonies. Prior to retaining Hamp Law, Mr. Hamp and I spoke for 3 days. Once on the phone for an initial free consultation and then via text for 2 days. I've never seen such care and concern from an attorney. Even though Mr. Hamp couldn't give us a guarantee, we did leave his office with peace of mind and much hope! In under a week Mr. Hamp told us that there was a mistake in the states case and that the DA would consider dropping the charges. It couldn't have been 5 days later when Mr. Hamp called and said that the state was dismissing all the charges! Unbelievable. I have worked in the field of disabilites for over 30 years. I was referred to Atty David Bednar to help defend an Autistic Young Man who was wrongfully arrested and whose life would have been permanently changed, if not for this talented and compassionate attorney. David advocated through all the layers of this perfect storm, including The University, Civil & Criminal Court. One year later he was successful in obtaining a judgement of a wrongful arrest and an order to have this man’s record cleared and sealed. This is not an easy task in the State of Arizona.
