My experience with Mr. Springer was an excellent one. He always was there for me and Diane too. Very responsible and respectful. Even the secretary was very polite.

I found my experience with Attorney Matthew Springer disappointing. The office appears to want to charge the maximum amount for minimal work. Mr. Springer's follow up on items of discussion was sorely lacking. He regularly would not respond to my emails or messages left for him. His failure to file a motion or notice and lack of response to certain emails was even referenced in court documents. At one hearing on zoom he hid in the shadows and made no attempt to counter the other attorney's highly exaggerated statements. Because of this new counsel was retained.

The Law Offices of Shawn B Hamp was the first law office i chose out of random, not knowing which law office to choose was quite difficult but after discussing my case with Mr. Hamp I knew I made a great decision to be represented by a great lawyer & a team of professionals that will fight hard for you! The end results ultimately were very astonishing to see. I would recommend this firm 100% they take care of you & will make it a stress free process to which I am very grateful to have had a good lawyer & great experience with the firm! Thank you

Troy Andrerson did a great job in my case. I was getting charged with alot. And he got me a plea down to nothing compared to what they tryed to stacked on me.I would recommend him a 100 percent he fights for you.

I was unjustly, in my opinion (!), accused of a misdemeanor offense while visiting Bullhead City, Wtih no knowledge of what I should do, I emailed 3 law firms I found on-line for help. Only this firm responded, efficiently and appropriately, first with support staff, then with a paralegal and finally with a lawyer, Virginia Crews. All of the folks I dealt with were supportive, efficient and knowledgeable. And ultimately, their efforts resulted in dismissal of the charge against me to my great relief. And as an unexpected final gesture, because the case was dismissed, they reduced the previously agreed upon fee of their own accord. I certainly enthusiastically recommend the firm.

David you are given plenty of opportunity to act as a lawyer for me in my situation. I asked for communication you gave me none. I asked for you to arrive and be there and time, you sent somebody else and when some one asked for you to raise your hand to be a defense lawyer you declined. I'm giving you a single star because I had to hire a secondary lawyer that was able to get my case completely dismissed within the Coconino county court . Maybe you need to go back to school or just find another profession?
