My family and myself hired Mr. Bednar in the midst of some very tragic, complicated and dire circumstances. My son, who was a juvenile at the time needed representation on some very serious charges. He himself was victimized by the alleged legend victim, but there were many complicated layers to the case. David treated us like family and had sincere and genuine compassion for my son and every detail of his situation. Mr. Bedner has an excellent understanding of the law and the inner workings of Court proceedings. He uses his passion for each case and individual that he defends to get the best results that can be hoped for. I highly recommend Mr. Bednar to help families untangle legal criminal cases that they may be faced with. He was truly was an answer to prayer.

I am very grateful for attorney Gary Robbins. I had a very difficult custody case. Gary had a solution for every curve ball thrown my way during this case. Because of Gary I have 50/50 custody and a healthy coparenting relationship that I thought would never be possible. As a recovering alcoholic myself Gary provided me with all the resources I need to stay sober and be a wonderful father to my son. Thanks to David I am a free man. When I was arrested while driving through arizona(Texas native), an inmate in Mohave county told me I needed to get David as a lawyer and I’m glad he did. After the initial court appearance, I didn’t have to travel to my hearings as David set everything up telephonically.
